Judy Anderson
Judy Anderson grew up in Congo and has studied, worked, and lived in North America, Europe, and Africa over the past 40 years. She was working for a medical foundation in Kinshasa when she and her husband, Dick Anderson, were married there in 1973. They then worked for the Congolese government in a joint USAID/UNDP/Government of Zaire refugee resettlement and community development program in eastern DR Congo. For the past 35 years Judy has worked with her husband in community development, mostly in Africa. She lived in Senegal for seven years, Ivory Coast for two, and shorter periods in Mozambique. For the past 15 years they have worked as a team primarily in Rwanda and eastern DR Congo.
